The Blues Store will not accept any liability for lost items therefore customers are advised to contact FedEx Find a Parcel on 03456000068 (please contact us for your tracking number).
The Blues Store is happy to exchange or refund goods within 28 days of purchase providing all product labels are still attached and the goods are in perfect condition.
Any cost incured as a result of returning goods to the Blues Store will be met by the customer, unless the product is faulty.
The management reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage of the transaction and refund any purchase made.
